OSIA 2010 Italian Business Expo Conference & Luncheon – November 4th,
2010 Eligibility and Participation – Terms & Conditions*
1. Eligibility: Member pricing pertains to any OSIA member. Exhibit tables cannot be shared with or sublet to
other businesses or entities. Expo attendees who are not registered exhibitors
shall NOT solicit orders for goods or services, If you are not currently a member and would like information on how
to become one contact Rosemarie Kluepfel at 631-385-7632 or

Sponsorship benefit packages vary depending on level and are
described below. Expo participation benefits are as follows:
Platinum: $1,500 – Exhibitor Table, Recognition in Expo Program,
Full Page Journal Ad & 5 lunch tickets
Gold: $750 – Exhibitor Table, Recognition in Expo Program, ½ Page
Journal Ad & 3 Lunch Tickets
Silver: $500 – Exhibitor Table, Recognition in Expo Program & 2
Lunch Tickets
Bronze: $200 - Exhibitor Table, Recognition in Expo Program & 1

2. On-Site Registration
& Set-up.
Exhibitor registration and set-up will take place between 7:45 and 8:45 AM on
the day of the show. Exhibit table assignments will be made in the sole
discretion of the OSIA Expo Committee. All exhibit tables but be set-up and
attended by 9:00 AM.
3. Exhibitor Conduct. Exhibitors should ensure
their tables are staffed during show hours 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Only individually
pre-wrapped snacks may be offered. Exhibitors shall comply with all applicable
local, state and federal laws and regulations, including those prohibiting the
display or sale of counterfeit merchandise or the dissemination of false or
misleading information. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining contact
information from attendees.
4. Breakdown. Exhibitors must breakdown
and remove their displays between 4:30 and 5:30 PM
5. Publicity. As a condition of
participation, exhibitors consent to the use of their individual and company
names and likenesses for pre- and post-event publicity. Exhibitors are
encouraged to publicize the Expo and Luncheon to their clients, vendors,
associates and other contacts to make and solicit raffle donations, and to
promote OSIA and the Expo to potential sponsors.
6. Limitation of
Liability.
Participation in the Expo is at the Exhibitor’s sole risk and expense.
Exhibitors release OSIA and the Crestwood Manor from any damage, injury or loss
to any person or goods that may arise in participation in the Expo and will hold
OSIA and the Crestwood Manor harmless for any such loss, injury or damage.
Insurance for such loss, injury and damage is the exhibitor’s sole
responsibility.
